I have worked in this industry for almost 15 years and can honestly say that one of CSC's top priorities is not only surrounding employees with a professional environment but also genuinely care about their overall well-being. They welcome new ideas and are always willing to change for the better. CSC has been in business for more than 120 years and it is easy to see why that is!

Cons

Luckily, I am unable to think of something negative to add.

- Great new training plan for new starters. - Global Company with many international opportunities. - It's a private, family owned company. It's stable! - Excellent benefits package. - Competitive salary. - Small UK office.

Cons

- Not enough European based staff for teams meaning heavy workloads. - US office culture and training isn't tailored to Europeans. More autonomy needed to accommodate European ways of doing things. - Not enough staff speak foreign languages.
