Where do I begin..... The PTO is lumped together, so vacation and sick time are from the same bank. There is no WFH option, unless you know people higher up in management. The Chicago office is 95% empty, and they don't let people work from home because they want to justify the cost of the building (and to make sure someone is there to get the mail, even though other companies on the floor have boxes for UPS). Management is unsupportive and moves people around, so the job you got hired for might not be the job you stay in. Moving people around for "business reasons" and they don't take prior experience into account.
