      Pros

      This is a great companies to start your career with us. Most people work for a year or two, get necessary experience, and then move on to other places and better careers.

      Cons

      Generally, people are not valued. It doesn't matter how many years you were with the company, it doesn't matter what you have achieved or what records you have set, you are disposable. there is very few career opportunities. Pay is generally low. there is a high turnover.

      Pros

      Good work culture, management was understanding, open door policy if you do not like how some things are going. It was challenging, and if you do not like repeat stuff than this would be your job, there's something new everyday.

      Cons

      Ok pay. Some people felt like there was no way to get promoted, and felt discouraged everyday to work. They also rank you, and evaluate you by percentage. A few people already received a few warnings, and if you receive a third strike your terminated immediately without any further appeal. So security isn't really there.

      Pros

      Generally a good place to work with stability and a service-driven mentality in senior management.

      Cons

      An underlying conservative corporateness, so you better march in step: I've seen HR terminate people for as little as a well-meaning practical joke, without regard to performance and without intervention from management.
