Pros

great colleagues good working environment nice office

Cons

useless management no support from superiors HR are horrific poor pay staff are undervalued and under-appreciated many co-workers are lazy - you often end up doing other people's work due to their incompetence management don't have any interest in growing their people

We appreciate your feedback and are glad you got along with your colleagues and enjoyed the work environment that we have worked hard to create. We are really sorry that you felt overlooked by your management team and that you did not have their support. CSOFT does invest a lot of time and effort into growing our team members and helping them to develop their skills. We appreciate and value their hardwork and the time they spend with us. We hope that employees will communicate with management when they feel that they need more support and we are working to improve the communication between managers and employees in order to avoid people feeling undervalued in the future.

Pros

Great colleagues, very nice office location, opportunity to get specialised in telecom/internet localization

Cons

Management does not inspire. Unreasonable demands are made by some clients (possibly due to unclear and unrealistic goals agreed to by management at the time of the client acceptance procedure). Career opportunities are very limited, also due to the fact that management fails to see the potential in people. Good people announce they want to leave the company but management does not supply an alternative to keep the employee content and at work in the company, which would benefit the company's success and progress.

Pros

- Great co-workers - High-end office and great location - Easygoing work environment - Good for entry level positions - It's possible to have a decent career in technical writing... but it's not for everyone.

Cons

- No career growth opportunities - No real requirements for hiring. Native English Speaker? You're Hired! - High turnover rate, very little incentive to stay - ZERO Benefits ... you get a monthly salary ... - Questionable Management and Executive level decision making

We do have a strict set of guidelines which is followed for each position in the company; most are required to pass several tests before being on-boarded. During the process of hiring, the terms of your contract including benefits and compensation are negotiated. CSOFT is focused on creating an environment that nurtures employees growth both within departments and within the company.
