Too many, first of all the CEO, she only likes you if you are a handsome, possibly English native, white man, your experience is not relevant and that is why her magic circle is/was full of people that had no idea what to do. Low salary, no opportunities to learn as everyone is pretty young and without experience because they don't want to invest on valuable and more expensive people. No benefits, if they promise you a bonus or some reward you may never receive it many ex CSOFTers sued them for that. If you are pregnant they might fire you, some upper manager strongly suggest to hire men so that they won't be problematic when it comes to pregnancy and maternity leaves. They know how to trick you, they work with fake software, they do not pay social insurance. They are the company you don't want to work for, it used to be a nice place it got worse and worse in recent years. Run away!

In my department, at least, there was a Peter Pan culture where anything is possible, everything is magical, lost boys are welcome and made to feel part of something special. Once you've figured out what you want to be when you grow up, however, it's probably time to move on.
