Pros
Everyone seems to treat each other with respect.
Cons
More recently seems to be a lot more turnover at CWS. When the middle/upper management team was restructured a few years back it seemed to come with a culture change within the company. When this happened it seems that there was less of a focus on promoting from within, and more focus on hiring the flashy candidate from another company with a long resume. The saying holds true that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. During quarterly update calls this is often brought up, and it is brushed off by upper management stating that we are growing stronger by adding a higher level talent with more experience. Although that is sometimes true, it cannot be the core philosophy or you will diminish the drive of your current workforce. It is easy to see that many on the leadership team struggle with the direction they have to adhere to. Some choosing to disregard that direction, while others are left to push direction that they don't necessarily agree with. Lastly, it seems that most supervisors are so busy they don't have time to help their teams advance. This seems true from top to bottom.
