Pros

Our impact is real and measurable. We hear directly from patients and doctors about how our service has improved their quality of care, and in some cases, helped save lives. Leadership is mission-driven, communicative, and transparent. Regular company-wide meetings keep employees informed on everything from financials to patient success stories. The caliber of our colleagues is exceptional. It's easy to find smart people, and easy to find people who care deeply, but rare to find a team that is consistently both. Ours is. For a fully remote, nationwide (and international) company, we manage cohesion and culture remarkably well. Semi-annual offsites and consistent all-hands meetings go a long way.

Cons

The shift to a modern tech stack and fully remote work is a real adjustment for many. Our higher-than-average attrition on some teams reflects that difficulty. Growth has been spectacular, but some teams are feeling the strain — processes that worked at a smaller scale are being stretched, and a few are close to a breaking point.

Pros

Mission: Its great to see that the work we're doing impacts real patients' lives! Tech: The company moves quickly, is highly focused on AI development, and has a great existing technology stack.

Cons

None so far! Remote work can take some getting used to, but thats true globally not just at Cadence.

Pros

Lots of opportunity for growth. With that comes high visibility and ownership is encouraged -- decisions are made quickly but thoughtfully.

Cons

Things are constantly evolving, so adaptability is a must. If you are looking for a place to kick up your feet and collect a paycheck, Cadence is likely not a good fit.
