Incompetent management at every level. Lack of integrity. They create new loopholes to not pay out bonus money earned. They want you to sell the product , but give you no tools to do it with. A lot of broken promises about raises, poor product training, low on stock a lot, mismanagement amongst many channels. Quick turnover of upper management. By the end, even our bonuses were gone, so zero incentive for hard earned sales.
