Pros

Flex time off, but with no pay

Cons

Deceitful management. They lie and promise what they can't deliver. Stay clear of this company at all costs! Supervisors are wolves in sheeps clothing. Something is off with them. Very strange supervisors, who smile in your face while viciously backbiting other employees. They also rip people off and laugh about it.

Pros

Aside from meeting new customers and designing for them, nothing.

Cons

You have little control over your schedule, they advertise flexibility but only if you work around their parameters. The training is long, disorganized and arduous. Once you transition from the whopping training pay of $500 / wk, the administrative tasks are burdensome to say the least. Their CAD program is fraught w/ glitches that make creating a simple closet design painful. Management is very critical and unsupportive and will always find fault first. It's also very political and underhanded with all the team 'leaders' ccing each other when there is any interaction with you that they find faulty. Easily the most stressful job ever for 100% commission. i.e. little to no pay till you build up a pipeline. At 6 months in, I'm a long ways off from that and really need to quit for my sanity and my pocketbook.

Pros

There really are no pros to say that any executive works more then 20 hours a week is a joke they are never in the office. On the other hand if you make 17$ an hour you pull 60 plus hours designers are expected to be available 24/7. It’s a joke all the way around they do not value there staff one bit and management talks bad about everyone .

Cons

The morals of this company or lack there of! This is by far one of the worst company’s I have ever worked for, can you say they tell you what you want to hear to get you hired then do everything they can to make sure you take Home as little of your commission as you can. No job goes in flawless bad Business practices of marking up clients jobs just so they can show a discount. It’s a toxic working environment and it looks to be getting worse. If you want to feel like a number and not valued this might be the job for you!!! First-service should revaluate how this company is being operated because it’s ran like a mom and pop it’s surprising they haven’t been sued and had an employees class-action lawsuit over poor working environments. been absolutely pathetic. This company throughs outthrow so many obstacles it's amazing that any location hits the targets they set. All employees are just a number the pay sucks hours are long and the idea for appreciation is candy and coffee!
