Pros

Franchises seem to be the better alternative to work for than corporate, from what I've heard. The pay is better anyways and franchises seem to take care of their people better. The product is very good and it is great seeing the finished product installed and the reactions of the clients.

Cons

Work/Life balance isn't a priority. Long hours and the pay is low compared to the cost of living. The Credo is not thought about for employees just the paying customers. Corporate training's is costly for employees that have to pay to attend. Commission only after 2 months of training is very difficult to get a check and stay afloat. It takes about 4 months, 2 training and 2 for appointments to happen, be sold and installed.

Pros

Flexible schedule, working with people, creative, great brand

Cons

No base salary (commission only), some franchises invest in their designers providing computer, iPad, gas and cell phone reimbursed as well as paid training. Some do not which leaves employees feeling stretched thin, this is counterproductive while generating new business.

Pros

Some of the individual franchises are great people and do a great job. The company has been around a long time and many people recognize the name. They've had nice ads in magazines and on TV.

Cons

I've been here 2.5 years but trying to find another job. The corporate office is a mess and just a horrible place to work. They fired their entire creative, marketing and web/social media staff in February, along with their operations director, all with a 1-day notice. This after a year of 20% growth. Absolutely no leadership or values exist. Employee ideas, feedback, and suggestions are ignored. Fast employee turnover here is the only sure thing. This is definitely not the place to work if you're looking for a rewarding job or one with a future.
