Pros

I am still fairly new to the Low Country and CallExperts was the most inviting Call Center I have ever worked for. This place recognizes talent and rewards it immediately from Day 1 on the OPS Floor.

Cons

It seems like getting people to come to work everyday can be an issue at times. What my fellow employees do not realize is this not only effects their check, but how hard the rest of us have to work to pick up the slack.

Pros

The company provides basic healthcare to its employees.

Cons

Quite literally a dead end IT job, for those seeking technology employment.

Dear Glassdoor Community, Employees are the most vital part of our company. However, a company is also made up of employees, who are real people. Therefore, always remember there is another side to the story. Some employees want a job that does not exist within an organization. We are only guilty of trying too hard to create one for this team member that would fit his skills and made him happy. We are saddened that this post was made and all of our efforts to explain the job, opportunities, and the work we did behind the scenes to advocate and review possible solutions for this disgruntled worker cannot be discussed. We wish him all of the best.

Don't work here!!!

Pros

The people that were not in corporate that I worked with were always enjoyable

Cons

When this company bought the NJ location I had high hopes and when offered the promotion for team lead I gladly took the position. Little did I know the nightmare that would come with it. This company is not for career growth and the pay is a joke. Breaks of any kind are frowned upon but no food was allowed in your workstation either. Not to mention if you make an error or don't follow an updated rule that you may not even be aware of your already low pay will be cut. The company also regulates bathroom breaks no more than 3 minutes or it's a mark against you. Even if you get approved time off the company will act like it never happened and mark it against you. The work piles up and no extra compensation or acknowledgement of completing the work. The only good part of working here were the other people I worked with that was until we were no longer allowed to speak to other people between calls. Unless your a masochist you will not enjoy it here. I still feel bad for people that are still employed here. I could go on and on but unless you are desperate for a job and have no other options do not work here!!!!

We are very sorry you had a negative experience. The above does not contain actual policies or regulations. Each item above is a miscommunication. We are very sorry you had that impression as we would have liked to explain any concern and ask for your help, as a Team Leader in the company, to resolve and improve the impression. We wish you the best of luck in your new job and hope you will reconsider your experience with the company. Thank you again for the feedback and for your time with us.
