Pros

Calyx has a great atmosphere to work. Very family oriented environment. Management is very approachable and most colleagues are very easy to work with.

Cons

I think that the structure of management tries to listen to customers and those who have direct contact with them are not carefully taken seriously. When having direct access to customers and their complaints, upper management should take careful consideration into taking notes from agents who have direct contact with customers to the understanding the software for better product and services.

no direct deposit, lazy and unknowledgeable managers. Will hire ANYONE. no training- poor customer service -very low pay
