Thank you for your review and for serving our members! We are surprised to hear you feel there aren’t opportunities to grow at Canvas. We strongly believe we are known for our people, and in 2020 we celebrated (mostly virtually) 91 internal promotions, 41 of which were branch family member (employee) promotions! As we grow in Colorado, we fully expect that trend to continue. Today we have about 630 Canvas family members. We’re proud to offer growth and development opportunities to all of our CanFam who care deeply about our members, our community and each other as a team. For successful career growth at Canvas, we ask that our Canvas family partner with us and take an active role in pursuing their professional aspirations. We continue to develop and shape learning and development at Canvas, which we feel will continue to help our Canvas family to learn, grow, and develop themselves. Recently we’ve rolled out a new growth and development tool for all of our Canvas family to utilize, which is a tool designed for overall growth, including career, developmental, behavior, and wellness goals wrapped into one tool. This tool is unique, in that each family member has the ability to drive their own results through documenting and goal-setting for their own goals. They incorporate their leaders by regular & consistent conversation in monthly conversations as well. We thank you for your feedback & will continue to strive, learn, and grow with our Canvas Family!
