      Pros

      I have never felt this good about an employer! I finally feel welcome, wanted & respected for my time and my energy! I feel a sense of security I have never felt with any other employer. I'm finally feeling like a person and not a robot! I have been literally set up for success and told where I go from here is up to me and I believe them. I am so grateful for Sy*va Cor**a HR for working with me for this position, she was patient, thorough and understanding. Accepting this position was a GREAT career move. I'm grateful, humble and looking forward to a long career!

      Great salary and bonuses. Good benefits.

      Cons

      The company goes thru a lot of reorg which old employees will be let go. Instead they hire new young folks to replace. So if you 50 plus don’t work here. Otherwise it is the very good company to work for

      CG doesn't care about the people that make it run

      Pros

      free lunch. Remote work was the best thing until they took that away.

      Cons

      Mental health is not a priority for CG. Be prepared to work long days and nights. No horizon for career growth. Very few career opportunities. Teammates may expect you to know what to do already even though you are a new hire. No training or onboarding helped me understand the architecture.
