Thank you for your review. CardWorks is a customer service based call center that offers one call resolution. CardWorks has recently assigned a coach to assist the security fraud associates with escalated calls. We offer health benefits to associates after 45 days of employment. CardWorks is pleased that we are able to absorb over 60% of the cost of insurance premiums. We are continually evaluating the best benefit packages for our associates.

Pros

kind of laid back environment, great benefits, coworkers are nice for the most part

Cons

micro managing from upper management, paid parking, new hires come on the floor with base knowledge and it puts strain on the rest of their employees who are then asked for help by those new hires and it just creates chaos, there is limited assistance for other departments that are not customer service, cardworks does not follow their own policies set forth in their online help regulations, they have a high turn over rate due to the fact that they do not invest further time in the process, they will say one thing and do another, raises are minimal and they will do anything they can to screw you out of bonuses,

Thank you for your review. One of CardWorks C.R.I.T.I.C.A.L values include Teamwork-we operate as a team; sharing experiences, resources and opportunities. The Security department recently promoted a Coach to assist the agents. The Security Coach is responsible for mentoring new hires and assisting associates with phone calls that have escalated. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have a chance to experience this new implementation. CardWorks hears the voices of its employees and looks forward to reviewing this platform to better serve our employees.
