Pros

The training seemed very well organized. You are helping people connect with care once outside the hospital which minimizes the risk of hospitalization.

Cons

Very low pay. To promote a job for 17-22 an hour and then start everyone at $17hr no matter experience or geographical location is not having your employees in mind. You are constantly monitored and timed. The bonus "if you are lucky to get" is unrealistic especially when everything is nit picked.

Pros

Pro I would say is the kahoot game is fun in training. That’s it that’s all it’s a poor company and nobody likes it. You can move up real fast … too fast and it’s a red flag. They just doing one another a favor, I promise it’s not due to qualifications

Cons

Ghetto company, back to back calls, unrealistic expectations, micro management, poor upper management, horrible training, bad equipment

Benefits, holiday pay and PTO

Cons

Management, dealing with patients who do not understand their insurance and you take the beating for it. Training is a 4 week learn the system, but not learn how to manage real life call situations and leaves unprepared for calls. SME's never want to help you, they are rude when you call the RS Line
