      Pros

      This company has really , really listened to the employees. When I first started working here I was skeptical , had decided I would give it a year. Well in the last few months , I feel and believe that the company does care and listens to the employees. CareCentrix is definitely on the move up. It's becoming a great place to work. I think I'll be staying !

      Cons

      Lunch break is only 30 minutes and the cafeteria is at least a 10 minute walk. You have to order out or bring your lunch.

      Pros

      last year we filled out a detailed survey and they listened. Attendance and occurrence policies have changed completely, better benefitting employees. Bonus options are higher!

      Cons

      lateral promotions.........from staffer to SME. I have heard this is changing. so hopefully this will also be a positive.
