Pros

Work from home, can earn bonus if you do good with QA

Cons

This is one of the worst jobs I have every had, their systems are so old. You have to bring up 15 different screens to do one job, everything should be integrated in to one system and it would make the job so much easier. They watch your every move every second of the day, in training my group had to talk to the managers everyday and they would ask the same questions everyday, sometime the manager (8 of them to be exact) would just sit in training and not speak at all just to watch would we did or said. They don't care about giving you time to do things correctly all they care about are bodies answering the phone. you get two weeks of trying to use the 15 different screens and then you're pushed into the ocean and told to swim.

Horrible management, constant changes, too much micromanagement, non-medical people making decisions on nursing work

Worst experience ever

Pros

By far the worst job and place I’ve ever worked in my whole 30 years of nursing. The department I was in was awful, which was the PAC department

Cons

Too much to type. I have lots of saved documents and things that I went through during this time the area was very unorganized showed favoritism was not fair. Across-the-board did not have good leadership. They did not listen to your needs, nor did they care about your concerns.
