      Remote, Decent Pay , Few meetings that required to be on camera , Fast pace

      Cons

      Micromanaged by your supervisors. Threated with PIP corrective action for meeting below performance standards constant change /poor implementation /training. Poor communication. all activity is monitored /recorded. Managements concern is how much time you're in production and how many cases you completed. Production =Profit

      Long hours for Working remote

      Working remote is the only thing that comes to mind

      Cons

      Had to be available and in front of my computer for 13 hours a day and was paid salary for only 8 hours
