Cons

Very inexperienced management Non-clinical people manage the nurses and they know nothing Zero compassion for patients Mistakes are the norm. Had to make up any PTO hours so in reality there is NO real time off The best nurses get fired while they keep the lazy ones. Company is all about billing and not about Healthcare We were told to falsify charting to meet client contracts Would fail an NCQA audit.

Pros

great pay great hours time off policy is good if you can get approved

Cons

inexperienced management non-compassionate company to health issues they will let you go for being sick if they feel it will be a chronic health issue poor training however they expect quality work and will write you up for it employees expected to produce acceptable metrics however the employee has little to no support or resources to assist clients.
