Work at home, nothing else

Cons

Terrible management. Staff nurses who are individual contributors have exponentially more qualifications and educations than the management team. Nepotism is prevalent. Managers and directors are best friends and have personal relationships. Management leads by intimidation and belittles staff at every opportunity possible. No opportunities for growth.

Pros

They have alot of overtime due to people quitting or getting fired

Cons

If you make a mistake, they will write you up and it doesn't fall off 3 strikes and your out. Very constrictive. Don't waste your time applying here management sucks

Potential to make a difference.

Cons

Old and antiquated tools, systems and business processes.Nepotism and favoritism runs rampant there. If you can tell jokes and run to get the boss coffee ,you'll have a safe space even when you have zero skills and value add to the position. Management is unprofessional and untrustworthy. Attempts have been made to turn the place around, but until they get rid of the cancerous cells, the cancer will continue to grow.
