Pros

They paid weekly which was nice.

Cons

The staffing department team for this company was by far the worse the experience of my life. They lack of communication and the many surprises of needing to make goal each week was impossible. Senior leadership pretends to be your friend but they couldn’t care less about you. I wouldn’t recommend this anyone.

Plenty of work. Opportunity to work from home. A GOOD PLACE TO LEARN UM

Cons

Micro Management, poor training, raises minimal, bonuses minimal and hard to attain, no support from management, opportunities to advance never posted they hand chose people for management positions.

Management has no clue about its priorities, no communication about the strategy, inexperienced senior leadership, poor execution, extremely polarized politics.
