Pros

Company has a terrific product. Product is both based in research and proven effective with research. A lot of employees are passionate about their work.

Cons

Micromanagement occurs often, little to no support to employees, lack of technology (no CRM), leadership only asks for things but doesn't provide support, very high turnover, departments are completely siloed, important information is not clearly communicated.
