Pros

Amazing research team. Strong developers. Lots of hard working employees. Solid products.

Cons

Terrible working culture. Current COO is in a public relationship with the CEO's son, and gained promotions partly due to this. This is in amazingly poor taste.

Pros

Depending on your manager, there is some flexibility to help balance work and family.

Cons

Communication throughout the company is horrible if not non-existent. There is no transparency in the company. Everything is a secret. Unless you are in the Development group, managers don't value their employees. The attitude is: no one is irreplaceable. Management also makes a lot of false promises. Advise: get everything you are promised in writing! Performance managements are absolutely pointless.
