They're organized well, and if you're a developer, their code isn't too frustrating. Plus work from home flexibility is very convenient.

Good Stepping Stone but no Longevity

Pros

- The people you work with there are great, a lot of really talented developers, QA and PM's. - You can learn a lot by getting your hands dirty and putting the time in. - Half Day Fridays in the summer

Cons

- Round of Layoffs impacting a lot of talented people and leading to eventual turnover in the company. - After being acquired by private equity the company has changed for the worse. - Management is out of touch and seems to be focused on profit. - There are zero opportunities for career advancement here, all software developers have the same title. No junior, intermediate, senior etc. - Pay is well below market
