Pros
Followed up throughout the entire interview process letting me know the expectations, who I was meeting with etc Onboarding process was fairly smooth- was set up with the normal training that you do when you start at a company, but then my manager had a specific onboarding process specific to my role which was great especially working remotely due to COVID. So far everyone has been super friendly and helpful- I am excited to hopefully get to go into the office and check out some of the arcade games and golf simulator!!
Cons
Nothing really to note.. always some learning to be done when starting somewhere new but I felt confident in asking for help when needed and everyone was willing to give me the answers or point me in the right direction
