Pros

Some flexibility, few helpful coworkers and staff

Cons

I would not apply here unless it was a last resort. Attrition is high and the pay is low for a reason, the management in pretty much every department have poor PM and communication skills. Unqualified management Lack of leadership Unclear messaging Nickel and diming employees Bad HR policies

I am sorry to hear you are not enjoying your time with i-Sight and would encourage you to come and speak with us directly about some of the improvements you feel that we should be making. Our door is always open. We do however, stand behind our management team and are unsure of what turnover numbers you are referencing as voluntary turnover in the 12 months has been at an all-time low. I am very happy to discuss any policies that you have feedback on as we value candid communication at i-Sight.

Sorry to hear you haven't enjoyed working at i-Sight. We just completed our Employee Survey and 98% of the people on our team would recommend i-Sight as a great place to work. I agree there are a lot of smart, motivated people and our highly competent 'Senior Managers' hired each and every one of them. If you'd like to talk about how we can be better, please come see me. Pros

Close to a gas station. Pharmacy on the first floor. Really nice chairs.

Cons

Horrible management with lack of experience and goal. Old technologies used Will never learn anything Developers are treated really badly! very low income! Lots of stress no rewards management makes you feel worthless
