      Pros

      They do offer jobs, there is a future.Many qualified and eager staff in the lower levels. Lots of opportunities to do different things.

      Cons

      The qualifications of some of the senior leaders are pretty shaky. Save for some non-plausible cheerleading, the absence of communications only fosters rumors, and those rumors include significant raises for some eventhough there is a company-wide wage freeze that is not based on performance or human resource scarcity. And when a company has cut benefits without communicating the cuts, then pretty much any rumor will fly, true or not.
