I know that is hard to make a decision based on this page. But honestly if you have experienced and you value your career... please please please give your talent to a company that will appreciate it! This company is the pure concept of what TOXIC is. Leadership is extreamly junior and incompetent. Sales cycles are a incredibly long. Solution very hard to sell. Recruiting promises stock x10 which is totally false and you will have no support to drive any value beyond what very junior people in management tells you to do. They like to hire people that will say only yes without asking questions. HR can do anything about this (they are also pretty bad). Customers that are happy with the solution are usually because they do have very huge problems inside, so "savings/improvements" opportunities make a huge change, and they are doing a lot of marketing. CxOs are changing every two years because founders do not respect experience... so no Executive lasts and therefore, strategy also changes (even every 6 months). Massifs layoffs (to rehire them later). Anyway... please do not risk your peace of mind for a company like this... There are serious companies out there that will take you seriously. Regarding the positive comments of this company most are for very very junior people who are happy with the parties, perks, an execution transactional task with low value such as Finance Reporting roles, BDR, or Deal Desk. Management request to junior people to give good reviews to increase they score but if you really read the comments from at least 2 years until now... It is impressive how the negative comments are very aligned, so this cannot be a biased opinion. And they are doing nothing to fix it. They are even trying their most to answer to the comments to defend theirselves which show how much marketing this company is doing. In conclusion, please... RUNAWAY!!!!

Cons

Promotion processes could be more efficient with fewer rules and approvals, fostering better relationships with managers. Additionally, having managers with engineering backgrounds could improve support within the team.

Cons

Do not expect to make OTE. Targets are unreasonable and very few people make OTE. So if you are a performer used to making your target, do not expect it here - there is NOTHING in your control - and you are constantly in defense mode with customers/opps and your own leaders.
