      Constant state of re-organization Poor work/life balance Tend to put policy over people Constant pressure to perform at high level Not well diversified in terms of which business generates most of its revenue Difficulty integrating new acquisitions into rest of the business Drug wholesale distribution is super competitive, so there is constant concern with competitors taking away business Reorganization efforts have resulted in some job cuts

      Don’t Walk, Run!

      Remote work (for now). Free soda / coffee while in the office.

      Cons

      Lash has a bad habit of piling work onto hard workers. The more successful you become in a role, the more work you’ll get (to the point of extreme burnout). Upper management does not practice what they preach and go against the very principles the company is supposed to follow. “Tell the Truth, Tell it Fast”? Yeah, right! “Put People First, the Rest Will Follow”? They’re good about putting themselves first, that’s for sure. Avoid this company like the plague.
