THE FT MILL move was very inconsiderate, this caused a considerable burden for associates living in north Charlotte; Lack of professionalism especially with dress code, some mid-upper level managers with poor leadership skills are allowed to stay in positions only because they know the work & not because they are good leaders. Too many unhappy, disgruntled associates.
