Culture is very tight knit, has a small company feel. It is not uncommon to see a Senior Level VP re-stocking the breakroom. Company has strong senior leadership who bring progressive ideas to the business. Lash is committed to being competitive in the marketplace. Good benefits.

Cons

To get your foot in the door, you must be willing to accept much lower than average pay, and an entry level customer service job. Turnover is a larger problem than management will admit. Using contract employees is an economical solution, but the downside is that there is a severe drop-off in the overall quality of your staff when 30-40% of the employees are contract. Lash Group is very "clickish" and office politics play a huge role in determining your success. Relative to other organizations, who you know will be a greater factor in determining how fast you advance your career.

Cons

Management not all on the same page. Manager not interested at all in his job and favored people that did the same. Unfortunate because could have been a great workplace.I was a victim of warehouse closing.
