Pros
Once established you can work remote. Pay is good. Most managers worked their way to the top and this is a female dominated highly diverse community. If you have ambition this is a great employer. If you are not self motivated you will not last in this job as you must be able to do the work without having a negative attitude.
Cons
If you want to come back from remote its difficult. Remote associates are limited on advancement as higher levels require associates to be in the office. The offices are under high security and sometimes it feels like your checking in at the airport. Pay could be better as you advance and have longevity the rate of compensation does not improve. Raises are from 1.5% up to 2.5% barely keeping up with inflation.
