      It is a good place to work but they do not offer retirement

      Pros

      Hours are basically M-F 8 to 5. They give you money if they get a favorable sales. They have good dinners and suprise pizza lunches in the warehouse.

      Cons

      No retirement, you need to get 401 k and save for your own. Benefits is mediocre and it would be nice if they celebrate more holidays, no christmas parties or anything. Company changing and many departments are merged or eliminated all together

      Pros

      Lash Group is a dynamic growing company supported by a larger established corporation. Good benefits (financial and insurance) and flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      No longer has the family atmosphere it was once known for and the opportunities aren't as numerous as they once were. Employees are treated more as a commodity than in the past and if you are driven to succeed it apparently requires ten hour work days and 24 hour availability.
