      Great benefits but too many middle managers and layoffs

      Pros

      Very great benefits - included saving on health insurance premium, students assistance program where they pay for your school, great 401k, big company so there are many roles available

      Cons

      TOO BIG so there are alot of middle managers that really are just there are a place holder and not making a lot of difference in the work. KPIs get passed down but there are so real solution when employees brining up issues because there are too many loops to go thru. There are too many laid off recently and they will lay off people who worked hard and been there for over 10 years.
