LMs are great. Leaves are generally accepted without asking for a reason. The teams are extremely supportive
Cons
The organization appears to be understaffed, leading employees to take on excessive workloads which is not acknowledged. Extra time and efforts are not adequately compensated. There are no organized outdoor or team-building activities. Career growth opportunities are limited, and when positions do open up, external hires are often preferred over internal candidates.
