Pros
The Program Supervisors, Clinical Directors and Behavioral Specialists are incredible people. The families are wonderful to work with.
Cons
Well lets see... To start off with, I'm not sure how CSD has managed to create such an unbelievably inaccurate depiction of itself on Glass Door. Last week , CSD Management told all of its full-time Program Supervisors and Program Coordinators (ie. Mid Level Staff) that they would be turned into hourly employees instead of full time. They have the same billable expectation but if they don't meet it, they don't get paid and are in danger of losing their benefits. Also, the pay is lower for administrative work, and they were told they would only have 3 hours of administrative work per week. THREE HOURS! The rest time would have to be billable. CSD does not value its clinicians at all. It talks this big game about providing high quality clinical work but makes it impossible for the clinicians to do so. Also, I can't believe the CEO has an 87% approval rate. He routinely yelled and screams at staff in meetings. He is at best ineffective and at worst, a bully. My sense is that this company will not exist in 1 year. Staff are jumping ship like it is the titanic.
