Cons

This is a company of People pleasers, if you share a different perspective you will be crushed. Engineering leader has no respect for Product Leader counterpart and they are not able to come to a common ground in any meeting. One hour meeting will stretch to two hours every time because of the disconnect. Engineering head always over shadows with his loud voice.

Hi There. In addition to their time at CentralReach, our CPO and CTO worked together at a prior company. Their 10 year business relationship often results in a healthy debate to ensure that the best technical decisions are being made for the customers and the company. That said, if this makes you uncomfortable, please feel free to raise it to your manager or HR as we want to ensure that your concerns are addressed and that meetings are productive for all that are in attendance.

No stability, poor culture

Pros

Some very good and talented people on the Therapy side.

Cons

CentralReach invested in education platforms about two and a half years ago. In that time, the education department has had three different managers (with the current being the low point) and an absolute decline in culture and morale. They continually lay off employees with no warning and reason. They have laid off employees who were in their roles for 3 months and 5 months, never being given a real chance to succeed; they have laid off their top sales performer for the past three years; they have laid off employees who simply expressed concerns with the return to office policy and who questioned the idea of shifting to a more "in person" sales approach. I'm sure they will respond to this by saying personnel decisions like this are difficult, but that is hard to believe when they seemingly happen at random and every month. Those of us still on the team are left confused, directionless, and feeling no stability in our jobs. It is an awful culture to walk into everyday, and one that has no active plan on improving anytime soon. If you feel the need to apply, have a backup plan both before and after being hired.

Pros

WFH, formerly positive environment. Collaboration has dwindled over time, and too much pointing fingers.

Cons

As engineering team grown and taken new leadership the culture has changed for the worse.
