Our HR team would be the best resource to talk through your concerns of senior leadership and the investment in our client and employee success. Please connect with HR so we can better understand your experience and work through this together.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel our mission isn’t focused on our clients and encourage you to participate in our all-hands meetings where we share the initiatives we’re working toward based on clients’ needs. You also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to our CEO about our future state during these calls and are always welcome to connect with leadership at any time. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and hope that you’ll reach out to your manager, leadership, or HR directly to talk through that feedback in more detail so we can work towards addressing your concerns together.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we always welcome feedback. Employee onboarding is critical for anyone that joins our team, during which we cover an overview of training, our core values, and initiatives to support our employees. Our team organizes online training modules, hands-on learning, and check points with managers to ensure that our new employees are on the right track. We encourage all employees to partner with their manager in the event that they need additional resources, during onboarding and beyond. Our open door policy empowers any employee to reach out to any member of our leadership team for questions or concerns. During this time, we’ve also increased our all-hands company meeting to occur weekly, with all teams hosting daily-standup meetings throughout the week. We wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors and thank you for your contributions during your time with us.
