Pros

Lunch on Thursdays, nothing else.

Cons

1- Low comp/bad-benefits and long hours. 2- Promotions handed out on brown-nosing, and not technical skill. 3-Information hoarding and broken communication lines by managers and senior managers. 4-No autonomy over technical decisions, yet tight timelines are the norm. 5-VP of engineering plays politics, rampant favoritism, and is surrounding himself with yes men. 6- Brown nosing is the norm. 7-Speaking up results in a toxic environment, mobbing, and heavy retaliation. 8- Rampant credit theft.

Pros

The other workers are very cool. Fun happy hours.

Cons

The production side is made of 10-15 underpaid and overworked techs and engineers. Meanwhile they hire fluff managers and engineers to fix the problem. They've had several walk outs from production staff. Production Manager isn't able to do or make anything happen because rather than have a well equipped and trained team, they choose to overburden the 3 people with the most skills, while everyone else is able to get by doing the bare minimum. You have engineers working as techs and supervisors. The CEO will singlehandedly be the downfall of CesiumAstro. Even if you quit and give notice, they still put that they terminated you. That's unethical, and probably illegal
