Pros

Strong technical talent across engineering teams. Capable Recruiters with good intentions and drive Interesting aerospace work with real-world impact.

Cons

Employees can be terminated suddenly despite strong performance and no documented performance issues. There is no severance offered when people are let go, even in cases where termination is not performance-related. Performance feedback is inconsistent or insufficient, making termination feel arbitrary rather than corrective. Leadership communication around these decisions is minimal and lacks accountability. The process reflects poor workforce planning and a disregard for the stability and well-being of employees.

Pros

Free lunches on Thursday what a joke.

Cons

1- Highly political and incompetent management. 2- Toxic work environment. 3-Racist and mobbing practices. 4-No team cohesion. 5-Rampant credit theft aided supported by management. 6-Certain employees are considered untouchable and cause incredible harm. These are not geniuses either, they are fairly incompetent. 7- Promotions are based on brown nosing. Company doesn't learn from past mistakes, keeps repeating the same strategy over and over again assuming each time the result will be different. 8-Burnout culture without technical excellence or autonomy. 9-A great amount of the technical achievements in this company have been accomplished by people who left and they try to replace with worse candidates. 10-Below industry pay and benefits. 11- Test engineering team is a joke, they hide issues by making younger engineers work long hours to cover for the "manager" or managers hardware or software mistakes. Plus they go around damaging expensive equipment while mentoring or show and tell and higher managements let them get away with it. Have weekly one on one's where nothing gets' accomplished and they lie on your progress. Software mistakes covered up since they have no formal proven processes. 12-PTO is not paid out and performance reviews are a joke that nobody cares about even if you put 2-3 hours of hard work accomplished. 13- Sat/com system is 2 years behind schedule and they keep hiding the issues why it's not working, design and test team are not making progress. Rework is rampant because they don't build PCBA's correctly and hide the defects. 14-Production area in ATX is cramped and not actually ready for production testing, nothing was grounded especially the expensive equipment which caused many ESD events on expensive PCBA's. Good luck proven your process on hack job management direction. 15-True leadership does not start from CEO, if he cared he would see the damages his management team leaves behind and correct the easy mistakes other companies have rectified after 4 years. This company is doomed for failure so look elsewhere for a career advancement opportunity or first time role.
