      - Brilliant coworkers, the engineering team is great - Interesting technical work, plenty of real work to go around - Small teams, get to interact with cross functional groups - Emphasis on work quality and first principles engineering

      - Lack of organization, management unwilling to take time to plan/manage resources in favor of throwing bodies at biggest “fire” - Disconnected leadership, not in touch with issues causing people to leave - Lack of focus, trying to do too many diverse projects without sufficient engineering staff - Culture is becoming more typical of large organizations

      Coworkers were nice and enthusiastic!

      People worked many hours of overtime for months on end, morale was low, and leadership seemed out of touch with the needs of the employees.
