      working culture is good, many opportunities to explore different roles. It all depends on which project you are working in, the upstream, midstream or downstream are all different. But you can experience a lot

      Cons

      Field work is always at the places which are remote, like in desert, deep water ocean, mountainous area. Not really a con, but you have to be ready for work in places with bad or no phone signal, no modern city life, live in containers, etc.
