      Pros

      I've worked for and with some amazing people in some of my jobs at Chevron. The benefits are great. There are a lot of opportunities with a global company as long as you are flexible with your working location.

      Cons

      Supervision can be very inconsistent with how they adhere to policies when it comes to exception time and the reasons for it. The new performance tool makes it easier to be low ranked if you don't kiss up as well as your colleague.
