      Pros

      Within Customer Care, work from home is an option. Nice benefits package with RSUs. Ample opportunities for promotion. Work for a company that people love.

      Catching up to growth makes for some chaos. Be ready for consistent change.

      Pros

      I love helping pet parents. I love working with my Chewymates as well. Everyone is very nice. When we need help, we are able to help each other via Slack.

      Cons

      Workforce offers too much VTO on some days and this causes havoc. The team members that cannot afford to take VTO are slammed with calls, emails and chats. It gets extremely exhausting and very stressful. We should get compensation for the internet. If I was not working from home, I would not need the internet. One less bill on my plate.

      Pros

      Great culture, and office vibe. Friendly and helpful team members and coworkers. Management is focused on upward growth and how you can do better, and support you with the resources you need to grow. The company itself offers plenty of resources to support wellness and mental health as well! Overall great place to work.

      Cons

      I think management style is team dependent, some are more micromanaging than others.
