Where do I start? Management thinks they are better than everyone No interaction with management and the floor unless it’s bad feedback Clique environment with people that came from FL Everyone is sleeping with everyone People getting jobs they are absolutely not qualified for due to favoritism Brand ambassador watches people like a hawk in the break room makes everyone uncomfortable No appreciation for Leads Some supervisors are good but others are very overbearing No growth advancement unless you’re buddy with management A lot of work for little pay It’s hard to excel here when you have a family. If you want to Grow here you have to absolutely have no outside life or else you will not make it.

Management is a mess, teams are messy, choices for leadership are poor, HR is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with, they will cut you out of the company for any reason, for me it was medical despite my outstanding stats, insane amount of stress, awful customers, bad equipment, they expect a lot of you even though they say they don't, they will hold every little thing against you on file even if you didn't do anything wrong.
