I have worked as a contractor, prn, and now full-time for this company for almost 6 years. As a therapist one thing I love about this company is that the company was founded by a clinician and that the core of the success has been founded in continuing to develop clinical programs that meet modern healthcare needs. Essentially if you are looking to go through the motions and deliver home healthcare the way it used to be....this is not your company. Cons
They grow and they grow fast. Everybody works and works hard to meet objective goals. I loved being judged by the quality of my work but sometimes that can be intimidating I guess for some people? They print outcomes for your patients monthly and go over each case in case conferences on a weekly basis. If things aren't working and the patient isn't progressing they try to make adjustments. I guess what I am saying is if you don't like to be challenged clinically you might not be a good fit.
