Pros

Initially wrote my review on the Infosoft Group Glassdoor page, but found out managers were writing fake reviews on this account, so adding my feedback here. THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW. There is money to be made here... but eventually levels out... I only made $10k more this year than last, even though I sold way more - so I'll probably be applying elsewhere soon. Money is good, benefits are good. We have good market share in Milwaukee, DC is okay, from what I hear, Minneapolis and St. Paul is not good. There are some cool colleagues, but everyone hates the same stuff so morale generally sucks. Tensions run high. Some senior managers do not get along and make meetings very awkward. We try to hire new people and many times people have not come back to training on the second day - that should tell our owner something. Christmas bonuses were nice but are very hush hush because as I found out the hard way we are all compensated differently based on favoritism. There is high turnover. We were the same size company when I joined four years ago.

Cons

What isn't a challenge? Micromanagement is an understatement. Everything is focused on quantity and not quality. My customers have been having issues with audits and getting the right information and now with Lisa leaving I think the analysts will be very overwhelmed.

If you are researching MilwaukeeJobs.com, you owe it to yourself to take the time to learn first-hand what our company is all about - be highly skeptical of what you read on this site. We have a great company, excellent employees and a long track-record of success. That doesn't happen through poor management or by chance. Learn for yourself by going through our interview process. Ask questions. Consider the office atmosphere. Request to speak with someone in our company doing the job for which you are applying. We would love for you to get to know our company directly, and in-person, from people who actually work there rather than some anonymous stranger who posted a review on this site. It's just the smart thing to do.

Pros

Coworkers are helpful. Free lunch..that's about it

Cons

Where do I begin...if you have kids, a wife, family, dnt expect this company to give a damn about your life outside of work! All they care is about themself. No matter how hard you work, nothing is ever good enough. Micromanagement to the highest power! They monitor everything you do. Your job is unsecure unless. O with pay, expect to make less than your base unless you hit your activity goals. They don't tell you how hard it is. Trust me you don't want this job! It's already saturated enough. Their top sellers have the best markets and clients. Which makes prospecting super hard.

Micromanaged - checked in on 10-20 times a day Management is more concerned with activity over sales Turnover is higher than I've seen in any other position I've held Expect to work 60+ hours/week -- no work/life balance No matter what you do or how hard you work, it's never ever good enough
