Working for Infosoft Group, Inc. is full of boundless opportunities for both personal and professional growth.  Our company excels at continuously improving our people, process and technology which is our competitive advantage.  MilwaukeeJobs.com, DCJobs.com, JobsInMinneapolis.com and our over 600 Local Employment, Diversity and Government Compliance sites and the services behind them are a reflection of our exempliary staff and visionary leadership.  I know of a number of employees who have successfully contributed across departments and the more you contribute, the more opportunities come your way.  I have worked on a wide variety of projects as well as mission critical applcations with the highest quality people.  My work has given me great satisfaction and I am very proud of not only my contributions, but what we have accomplised together as an organization.  Our company has an atmosphere of excellence and promotes a culture of taking action to produce results.  I have never had so much fun being driven so hard to reach my full potential. We measure progress and are a results driven organization, rewarding those who earn it.  Our employees are provided the tools and training to be successful and grow.  We expect everyone to add value on a daily basis to provide the best products and services in our industry.  We are ever increasing our knowledge and capabilities both individually as well as collectively in both our teams and the company as a whole.  Our future is bright and your potential here is limitless.

Cons

Expectations at our organization are very high and the goals are set even higher. How we develop our people, process and technology are done to achieve the greatest of objectives. Deadlines are set tight and quality standards high because we are confident that this is the key to making consistent progress and achieving great success. If you want to win, and we want to win, you need to put in the effort and do the work!

Pros

Milwaukeejobs.com offers a great team focused environment fostering learning, growth, and development of their employees. They also highly recognize and reward team members for their achievements. This is a unique opportunity for those looking for a true performance driven culture and a goal oriented atmosphere. There is definite upward mobility opportunity and clear paths from a promotion standpoint. In addition, the company is extremely generous in terms of time off, compensation, and benefits. It is a great place to work!

Cons

Milwaukeejobs.com has a fast paced, structured environment which not everyone is comfortable with. However, if you are open to following processes that have proven successful this is a great opportunity for you. The structure definitely helps to push individuals to reach their full potential which is great to see!

You get out of it - What you put into it!

Pros

With any position, what you put into your role is ultimately what you are going to receive from it. This is considerably true with this organization. It's a company where everyone starts from the bottom and works their way up. This forces staff to understand and learn the business since there are so many moving pieces. It's a very structured environment, where upper mgmt. is always reviewing your activity and performance to figure out how they can help further your success. For some this may be a con, for others it forces them to work on areas of opportunity and grow further. There are mentor programs, reviews and clear expectations in place so you always know how to get from point A to point B. In the sales department you can advance quickly if you put forth the effort. The company is extremely generous with compensation, bonuses and perks. If you are in sales, this is a huge motivator and can allow you to grow very quickly - which I find exciting. The company is also very passionate about giving back to the community. It's very involved with United Way and corporate giving campaigns every year at the corporate office and their local offices. I have been with this organization for quite some time and it has allowed me to build a career and learn so many different facets of the business that I don't believe I would get anywhere else.

Cons

You need to put in extra time in order to grow and even maintain. Do not expect this to be a 8-5 job, it's not. We come in early, we often stay late. In the beginning for sales, it's requires a lot of extra effort to get off on the right foot. You need to spend a lot of time on the front end prospecting and building your base. It's a lot for some to take on in the beginning, but once things level out - it does get a lot easier, because you are maintaining vs. trying to add a large number of prospects all at once. Self-Motivation is key here -- if you don't like sitting in a cubicle, making calls all day - this isn't the sales job for you. But if you're self motivated and driven and don't mind that corporate environment, then you'll thrive.
