      The stock purchase plan was good only when the stock is rising for no reason

      Cons

      Very disconnected from and behind from the real world. People there are close minded and lack of updated skill sets. Plenty of politics. The HR is the woooooorst in the world. Don't trust anyone there

      decent pay, bonus(could be better), training.

      Cons

      Pressure on sales, Checking goals, having appointments set at all times or they will send out emails asking manager why so little appointment. It's like this for all sales aspects. If you're at a in-store there is not many places to move up in the company and mostly on teller most of the day.

      Pros

      Hours if your traditional. Not much else, maybe PTO once you build that up. I am now just trying to reach 20 words.

      Cons

      Not loyal at all. Worked here 6 years and when I decided to move on (only promote from outside), I put in my 2 weeks and was fired on the spot without pay. Nice way of saying goodbye! Keep looking, you will hate your life working here. Don’t believe all the fake reviews posted within a short timeframe. They’re bogus.

      Thank you for your response. As Head of Talent Acquisition at the bank, feedback like this is troubling as it does not represent the values our company holds. Managers promote internally based off a set criteria of skills, competencies and performance ratings. Additionally, terminating employment upon putting a two week notice in is not protocol here.
